Joe Fulton

Bow Maker

The bowmaker Joseph Fulton received his training from Charles Espey during the year of 2021. Subsequentially, he continued to work with Espey and they share a workshop to this day. He also benefits from using wood sourced from Espey that has seasoned for 40 years. A fascination with the bows of Dominique Peccatte over the last 4 years has led him to study Peccatte’s elements of playability and emulate the style of that early 19th century period. He steadily produces a number of bows that offer players bows made authentically by the French method and rooted in the early 19th century.
